THIS recipe, however, is MUCH easier on the carpet – and the furniture, and the bedding … and best of all, is something you can do with your kids.
Here’s what you need:
- 2 parts white glue
- 1 part liquid starch
Combine them in a bowl and mix well – you may have to adjust these approximate proportions until you get the right mix, and humidity will NOT be your friend.
Let the mixture dry until the batch is workable.
A bit of advice? Lay waxed paper down on a table and insist that area is your children’s work surface. (smile)
Store your putty in an airtight container – preferably out of reach.
